With our busy lives it can sometimes be hard to find times and ways to relax. In essence, humans are still wild animals and simply going outside and surrounding yourself with nature can be one of the most powerful stress-relievers out there.

We aim to help you to “reconnect, rewild and recharge ” by sharing in simple exercise, socialising, and learning how to use the environment around you to benefit your everyday life. Join us at 6pm every Tuesday at Treborth Botanic Garden to learn more about living as our ancestors did.
